The Bridge Biographies:
Les Bruggeman is currently Director of Music at Wayside Chapel in Beavercreek. Les regularly plays the keyboard and handles the audio-visual equipment for the church. He is a respected musician in the local church world, playing bass guitar and guitar, as well as the piano. He has played to a number of musical ensembles over the years. Les is a machinist by trade and has worked both as a machine operator and an inspector. Until her recent death, Les cared for an aging church member. Les has skill and expertise in technology and handles the sound and recording equipment for the Bridge.
Chuck Graf is a well know minister and musician in the local area. He is proficient on both the steel guitar and the bass guitar and also has a strong singing voice. He is currently serving as pastor for Greenewood Manor Nursing Home where he holds weekly services. Born in Cincinnati, Chuck was an outstanding baseball and football player in high school. He played baseball in college in Florida and Texas, attending Bible college and obeying the call to ministry. Professionally, Chuck stays busy as a painter. Chuck now lives in Springfield, has two children, and currently cares for his 93 year old father.
John Rudisill sings lead vocals and plays keyboard for the Bridge. He has sung in churches since he was 3 years old, preached his first sermon at age 11, and was Director of Church Music as a teenager. He taught Sunday School for over 40 years. He attends Fairhaven Church. Now retired, his day job was as a consulting and clinical psychologist in private practice. He also retired from Wright State University as Dean of the School of Professional Psychology. He is married to Dr. Teresa Rudisill, also a psychologist, and they have two adult children. Both of their children are in full-time Christian ministry. They also have three remarkable grandsons, one of whom constructed this website.
